We want you to be happy with any ADAPTIL^® product you purchase.  If for any reason you decide that the ADAPTIL^® product you purchased is not the right solution for your dog, you may return it within 60 days for a full refund of your purchase price.*

How to Request a Refund

ADAPTIL^® products purchased from a local retailer, a veterinary clinic or an online retailer: To request a full refund, please return your ADAPTIL^® product, accompanied by your proof of purchase, to the place of purchase within 60 days of the date of purchase.*

*Subject to evaluation of good implementation of environmental and behavioural modifications in conjunction with the pheromone use. ADAPTIL^® is not indicated for challenges not related to fear and anxiety, including hyperactivity, over-excitement, boredom, house-soiling due to medical reasons. It is important to consult a veterinarian to rule out potential medical issues in your dog. ADAPTIL is also not indicated for use in case of aggression towards humans or other dogs. In such situations, we strongly recommend to consult your veterinarian or a behaviourist.
