ADAPTIL® products purchased from a local retailer, a veterinary clinic or an online retailer: To request a full refund, please return your ADAPTIL® product, accompanied by your proof of purchase, to the place of purchase within 60 days of the date of purchase.*

ADAPTIL® is not indicated for challenges not related to fear and anxiety, including hyperactivity, over-excitement, boredom, house-soiling due to medical reasons. In such situations, we strongly recommend to consult your veterinarian or a behaviourist.
